Standard search
Up to 100 accounts, ranked, each with an opener. One city or one state, returned as a table and a map.
Deep search
A standard search plus the wide sweeps: national chain matching and every venue type in your industry. It costs more because it queries more.
Any paid unlock is priced and confirmed before it runs.
If the discovery sources are unavailable, the search costs no credits. If discovery succeeds but AI enrichment fails completely, you get the ranked list at 60% of the displayed credit cost; partial enrichment is charged in proportion, between 60% and 100%.

Common questions
What’s a credit?
Credits pay for searches, not for accounts returned. A standard search costs five credits. A deep search costs 15, because it runs several times the live queries. Credits refresh with your billing cycle and don’t roll over.
What happens when credits run out?
Searches pause until your next billing cycle, or you top up. You are never billed a surprise. Packs never expire and don’t change your subscription.
If I pay annually, do I get a year of credits up front?
No, and that’s deliberate. An annual plan is paid in advance for the year, but your credits are allocated monthly across the term: the same monthly allowance as the equivalent monthly plan, refreshing at the start of each month and not rolling over. The annual discount is on the price, never on the allowance. If you cancel, you keep access and your monthly allocations for the rest of the term you’ve already paid for.
What are outreach credits?
The Outreach add-on has its own wallet of 150 credits a month, separate from your search credits. Drafting one email costs one outreach credit. Every account gets 10 free to try it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract on any self-serve plan. Cancel when you like and you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Do you store my card details?
No. Stripe handles all payment processing and storage. Account Finder never sees or stores your card number.
